Josh Greene, President of Preferred Traffic Control, LLC, has 22 years industry experience. Josh is an entrepreneur with the unique ability to evaluate the “big picture”, motivating those around him to work in a proactive manner. Josh is a powerful force with tireless energy and ideas, encouraging others to work hard, dream big, and succeed. Josh is a lifelong resident of Washington where he lives with his wife and their 2 sons. In his free time Josh is typically found at a racetrack supporting his eldest son’s love of open wheel racing.

Vice President
Cole Hamlin, Vice President of Preferred Traffic Control, LLC. With over a decade of experience in the industry, Cole brings a wealth of expertise to his role. In addition to being a successful business owner of two companies, he finds joy in his role as a devoted family man, cherishing his wife and four sons. With his diverse interests, dedication, and wealth of experience, Cole Hamlin is a driving force in the industry and a well-rounded individual whose passion and expertise bring a unique perspective to his role at Preferred Traffic Control, LLC.
Zach Miller
Operations Manager
Zach Miller is the Operations Manager of Preferred Traffic Control, LLC. He is flagger certified and is also endorsed as a Traffic Control Supervisor. He graduated from Grand Canyon University with a B.S. in Business Management in 2020. Zach has been instrumental in the continued growth of PTC’s operations since becoming the first Manager in January 2022. He has worked alongside numerous contractors overseeing countless projects from the desk as well as on-site. He enjoys all outdoor activities as well as traveling. He serves in the community monthly with homeless outreach and partakes in annual mission trips to other countries.
