Josh Greene, President of Preferred Traffic Control, LLC, has 22 years industry experience. Josh is an entrepreneur with the unique ability to evaluate the “big picture”, motivating those around him to work in a proactive manner. Josh is a powerful force with tireless energy and ideas, encouraging others to work hard, dream big, and succeed. Josh is a lifelong resident of Washington where he lives with his wife and their 2 sons. In his free time Josh is typically found at a racetrack supporting his eldest son’s love of open wheel racing.
Cole Hamlin
Vice President
Cole Hamlin, Vice President of Preferred Traffic Control, LLC. With over a decade of experience in the industry, Cole brings a wealth of expertise to his role. In addition to being a successful business owner of two companies, he finds joy in his role as a devoted family man, cherishing his wife and four sons. With his diverse interests, dedication, and wealth of experience, Cole Hamlin is a driving force in the industry and a well-rounded individual whose passion and expertise bring a unique perspective to his role at Preferred Traffic Control, LLC.
Amy Silbaugh
Amy has 8 years of experience in permitting, she specializes in navigating the complexities of municipal regulations while working closely with customers and city officials to ensure smooth project execution. She also brings 2 years of experience in traffic control services, including drafting detailed traffic control plans that prioritize safety and compliance. Outside of work, she is a proud mother of three who enjoys spending quality time with her family and unwinding with a good book.

Operations Manager
Jeremy Longfellow is the Operations Manager at Preferred Traffic Control, a family-owned company committed to delivering top-tier traffic control services across the region. With a strong foundation in logistics and project management, Jeremy plays a critical role in overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing workflows, and ensuring on-time execution of complex field deployments.
A Washington native, Jeremy began his professional journey by enlisting in the U.S. Navy immediately after high school in 2007. He served honorably for eight years as a Master at Arms, with deployments that took him to Guam, Dubai, Bahrain, and Jordan. His military experience instilled in him a deep respect for discipline, accountability, and operational precision—qualities that continue to define his leadership style.
Since transitioning to the civilian sector, Jeremy has built a diverse portfolio managing logistics, last-mile delivery and installations, and telecommunications construction projects. He thrives in high-pressure environments and is known for taking on new challenges outside his comfort zone to expand his expertise and deliver results.
Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys spending quality time with his wife and son exploring new restaurants, engaging in online PC gaming, and honing his skills at the gun range.
